WA Zorb Ball Business - Should Lawyer Word the Disclaimer on Ticket?

We have just bought a Zorb ball business, I'm wondering how we can cover our disclaimer the best way, when we are asked to a fete or have an event so that the general public can walk up and have a go. What I'm getting at is - we can't be responsible if a minor says he/she's 18 or over, also no parent or guardian to sign the disclaimer .

A ticket system referring to the disclaimer and make the disclaimer available for inspection? Would we need a lawyer to word the ticket?

Any other ways?

You need a lawyer's advice, customised to your particular circumstances.
And regardless of any disclaimers, you will still need first class insurance.
