Hi I bought a written off car with a RWC for $15000 from a dealer and it broke down 30mins after I drove it off the lot. They towed it away and their mechanic said its the computer in the car that needs replacing and they are trying to source one. Its been a week and I have no car and they can't advise when it'll be fixed. Am I entitled to a refund as the car was not fit for the purpose intended? Thanks
