The absent father of my child wants visitations and is non-compliant with the agreement I made up. His lawyer has sent a counter offer. But the facts are wrong, including my employment as well as birth date. And does this matter? Date or separation? Duration of the relationship?

Also it states that it's my fault - he doesn't visit, as apparently, I refuse when he has already bought flights and stuff which is untrue.

Is this agreement they created void now?

What happens next? What will it look like to me in family court ? He isn't even on the birth certificate as he wasn't there and hasn't made an effort to do so.
