Does the judge view parenting orders these before making a decision if both parties consent? If so, what is usually kept in the clients files? Curious if it will hold subpoenaed files, the lawyers correspondence, etc?

The judge will only have access to documents filed with the court and subpoenaed materials - if they are put to the court.

Not usually because by teaching consent orders, you're no longer asking the judge to decide on the evidence.

What's happening with your case? Are you concerned that consent orders will not be approved because of the backlog of documents filed? Or are you hoping it won't be approved because of the backlog of documents filed?
