I received an SMS video from my ex wife in which her and her new partner were emotionally abusing 3 young girls (2 of them my daughters!) I submitted a transcript in an earlier affidavit and we are reaching a crucial stage as we are not far off going to a final hearing and have been through all steps ICL/FAMILY REPORT/MEDIATION - which failed last week and are back in court on Thursday.
This wasn't a video I secretly recorded but was sent to me by my ex and would clearly demonstrate how they parent behind closed doors!
