QLD Using Ex's Superannuation to Pay Debt?

My ex and I separated in 2010 but are still married. Can I get some of his superannuation to pay his debt?

I think this will require advice from a financial expert rather than a legal expert, but I don't believe you can withdraw superannuation unless you can prove financial hardship. You won't be able to access his superannuation unless a property settlement is either agreed to or ordered by the court.
