Hi,
I was terminated from full-time employment two days short of my full probation period - started on 11 may - terminate immediately on 6 November. I was away on sick leave from the period of 6 October to 6 November for workplace bullying.

if you were on sick leave for workplace bullying, I would be contacting Workcover. It's possible you have an Unfair Dismissal claim - google to find the eligibility requirements.

It could also be possible that you could maybe backdate a workers compensate claim for workplace bullying - especially if you have medical certificates and can get a backdated first medical certificate.
It would be best to go see a local employment lawyer and plus or minus a personal injury lawyer - or even someone who does both areas of law. Click here to be connected Get Connected with the Right Lawyer for You
