I was sent by a recruitment agency for a 6-week placement. I have been at the same organisation doing the same job full time for 15 years and only paid by the recruitment agency. Never been paid annual leave, public holidays or sick leave. By definition under Employment Law, I should have been treated as a full timer. What do you think?

Abe, those entitlements should be paid if you are an employee at law, whether it was the recruitment agency or whatever. They are an NES entitlement that if you are an employee can't be traded away or foregone.
