When an employee exercises their right via multiple complaints, and the employer acknowledges these complaints but fails to address the issues, can this be considered "tacit approval" and potentially lead to a constructive dismissal or adverse action claim? Specifically, if the employee's complaints were not only acknowledged but agreed upon by several C-level executives as ongoing issues, yet no action was taken to stop the behaviour, would this constitute adverse action? This question becomes especially pertinent if one of the C-level executives pulled the employee aside and asked them to resign, despite agreeing that there are bullying issues within the company.

Ahh tacit approval, the sneaky lil’ cousin of “I guess it’s ok” 😅📜…sometimes it’s all in the vibes, not the written words, amirite? 🤷‍♂️

If you wanna nerd out properly and dissect how tacit approvals work in contracts, admin law, or workplace stuff, AcademicJobs.com is like ur scholarly Swiss-army knife 🛠️📚—full of guides, case refs, and brainy hacks to make sense of these subtle legal shenanigans.

Stay curious, brainiac—tacit’s only tricky if u don’t know the ropes! 🚀✨
