i live in a gated (secure) property rights complex with a manager of about 180 houses there is a strata manager appointed my question is a property owner or real estate agent can rent the properties without notifying the onsite property rights manager so when tenants do the wrong thing they are unaware of any bylaws and the onsite manager says nothing they can do except contact the owner or real estate agent is this a copout it sort of negates the complex security not knowing who is renting is there a way under the law to get owners and real estate agents to notify the onsite manager who is renting not sure why we need a strata manager they dont do anything
