A Form 28 contains important information in regards to strata title properties. If a Form 28 is not provided, it states on the Form 29 the buyer may have a right to terminate however then it goes onto say that the right to terminate is restricted if the information is provided before property settlement.

How do these two clauses work together as I feel they contradict each other?

Also if the real estate agent hasn't clearly marked the lot (i.e. highlighted) which is being purchased but just provided a copy of the strata plan, what rights would a buyer have?
