If I sign a statutory declaration for a case involving a dispute in who receives a superannuation payout, does the other partys lawyer and or party themselves get to see that stat dec and all details of that stat dec??

During any legal dispute, both parties have the ability to view each others evidence. This is to enable either party to object with evidence which may be incorrect, irrelevant or deceiving.

NB: Declaring false information in a Statutory Declaration is a criminal offence.

Yes, the statutory declaration may be made public to all relevant parties.
