Hi everyone,
I run a small shop in a local suburb and a competitor next door (called Z henceforth) has at the back of its lot a small warehouse which has been built without development approval. This warehouse has however existed for over ten years, before Z took up its lease.
I am wondering, does this lapse of ten years shield this illegally built warehouse with some sort of 'legal immunity' against an action or complaint to the council?
