Hi. Is there any avenues besides this thread to help with self rep in Family Court? I have no money or assets, ex has it all. Each private lawyer I approach says its all beyond their scope. All community lawyers and Legal aid unwilling to help. On paper, ex has no $$$$ or assets. All have been transferred to his family members after separation. Dont know where the other party is, solicitor wont respond, looks like case abandonment. also, do I need to apply case law in Trial? or can I present it in hearings leading up, to support my case?
