QLD Scan Signed Documents to Family Law Court Portal?

Hello,

I am wondering if it's OK to upload the signed and witnessed documents to the family law courts portal? Lawyer said this is OK to do however the order from courts said to 'file and serve a response and... no later then 5pm...date "

Has anyone else just scanned to portal and this is OK?

Yes, but you still need to serve the other party with the documents. If your matter is already on foot, you can serve them to any address or contact detail the other party has provided, such as an e-mail address or facsimile number.
