Hi sg 66

AVO ... granted how and on what grounds or evidence? Did you object to it?

I'm in Perth. Not hard to object and go to trial on an AVO especially if she loves to lie.

Don't think u can PM here.

Let me know how you go.?

Cheers

This sounds like an incredibly stressful and draining situation to go through, especially with sixteen weeks away from your kids. When legal stuff and court dates take forever, the waiting is honestly the hardest part. Just try to keep your head up and lean on close friends or family to keep your mind occupied right now—even if it's just grabbing dinner or sitting around swapping silly stories and dumb mexican jokes to take the edge off for an hour. Taking care of your own mental health is going to be super important so you're ready when that September date finally comes around. Wishing you the best with the court process.
