hi, while ago my husband and I applied for fostering and I was rejected because of some conversations my husband had when he was young, in his opinion he was never convicted but since he was present at the premises where the crime took place he was also arrested and later on cleared, just last year he also received the letter of jurisdictional duties which he couldn’t attend due to work commitments, my question is if he still has the criminal record how could he be on the jury stand and if he can be on the jury stand why were we rejected for fostering
