Desperately needing some advice
Today I attending a QCAT hearing for an outstanding debt of 5 years. I had disputed the debt originally many years ago and then nothing was further heard. Today I have been ordered to pay the debt with interest and fees. I do not have the money or any assets to sell or in a position to borrow the money that total 11,000. I Have contacted the ATO and unable to claim any super and do not have anyone I can borrow from. Is bankruptcy my only option?
