Hi, a very good friend of mine recently passed away, it was sudden and a complete accident. In the 12 months leading up to his death he had been dealing with an AVO which his ex (mother of his 2 young girls) had made allegations of a horrible nature which was very out of character for him.
Are there precedents for postumously defending and AVO on behalf of someone? If this cant be done, what can be done. His whole circle of friends know that he had not behaved in a manner as suggested in the statement that was made. There is some evidence of a fabrication in the form of texts etc.

We would like to do this to paint him in a light that is representative of him. So his girls can see things for what they really are.
