Exactly right, and thank you for that.

It's really good to hear of people like yourselves not laying down and taking that kind of shyt. Thank you for your advice. I just feel so sad for my partner right now.. but I can see this nightmare been over soon, still will have to continue fighting, but soon he should be home. He is the nicest guy too..

Don't stop! This is how we get change is we say, hey I don't care who you are but you are wrong and I wont be treated like this! Keep at it I know there have been days where I'm phuckd I'm so tired my hands are sore from typing but there's the right thing and the wrong thing. I like to refer to QPS as storm troopers.... I think that says a lot without having to say much at all...

Maybe make a submission to the pending expansion to the royal commission into the qps. It’s the first time since 1989 that one has been conducted and the opposition leader has been pressing to expand its current terms of reference to include forensic and coronial investigations involving the qps and from what I have been told it will be expanding into the criminality committed by specialist officers including taskforce and detectives who abuse their powers and exploit vulnerable persons who they know are innocent of crimes but charge and prosecute them for collateral purposes. That would be your best bet

How do you think I should go about that? Sounds great. A bit giant circus for them..this is exactly the fuss I want to kick up.. when I lived in Melbourne VIC Police were so good and by the book, that's because they were exposed hard during all that underworld stuff early 2000s.. and it worked well.

The last royal commission resulted in a number of them being prosecuted … the commissioner at the time even went to jail for years also…

How do you result in a royal commission been re established?

$3,400,000 has been allocated for the royal commission and it is the highest form of inquiry process able to be conducted. It isn’t simply established … there needs to be a significant case or cases that invoke and force the government to hold a royal commission it is part of the states obligations under international treaties and conventions

Is there anyway I would be able to alert my partner that I am in court supporting him? Is there a formal way to go about this?
