I had a police interview a few days ago and waiting the summons to be sent to my address. The offence is minor and non serious and i have no priors at all. However, most likely I will get charged by the police. My question, I want to obtain a National police check required by my employer. I am concerned something will appear in it like “pending charge”. Am I right?
