Hello,

I am trying to find out if it is it legal for me to sell an eau de cologne made from a small percentage of alcohol, essential oils and water. Also to post this, which I think Au Post is saying as long the alcohol is under 24%. Although the US says none. I also want to sell bath oil containing oil, fragrance and alcohol. Is it legal to post oil?
Thank You for your advice

C.

The comments above described everything correctly. There is nothing illegal about it. I once also created my perfumes and sold them through my Instagram account, but I did not register my activities in any way. Now I have another business, and I'm not quite aware of how things are in that area, but I think that little could have changed. Although sometimes I miss those perfumes, and at such moments, I order something similar on mcdaidpharmacy.ie as some perfumes from the Diesel line remind me of what I did with my own hands.
