he is competent as he found out the issue is related to transfer case, not the transmission itself. it has been almost 5 months since he fixed the issue.

To avoid this type of issue, I will change transfer case oil every 50,000 KM.

after i raised the call with handy, i got email from mazda with a quote upto 600 dollar just to check. i did not bother
