NSW Partner Registration

Hi. My name is Ranya. My partner is going through a joint divorce and will have his only and final hearing in December. However, we have applied for the Partner Registration certificate recently. So just wanted to understand when we receive our de facto partner registration certificate, will it is still be valid if he is in the process of getting divorced.
