Hi, so I emailed the other parties lawyer in regards to commencing proceedings again, with the first line of text stating not to disclose our address to the other party due to a fear of violence and a current DVO.
The other lawyer has just forwarded the whole email to their client.
Who then showed up at my place of resident and assaulted me on the Wednesday of the week after the email, so 3 days later. They previously did not know where I lived. Now I have to move again.
Am I able to lodge a complaint with someone or, what do I do?

Because they are acting for the other party and not you , they have to send all documents including emails to the other party because the other party is paying that lawyer
