Mate you have an established history of coming here asking obscure questions with 4/5's of stuff all information and then using potty mouth and accusing the nice folk here of not knowing all the facts? Well duh…

So there are 6 or 7 different courts that this matter could be lodged with. It would be good to know which one you're in?

Maybe it would be handy to tell us the nature of the information in the subpoena?

The reason why the cops want it set aside?

The reason why you think it needs to be accepted?

Alternatively, you could accuse me of being a troll and taking joy in your pain.

Not to mention we are completely in the dark as to the type of subpoena in question.... To produce, to appear, both?

It is not an obscure question.
Subpoena for Production
Local Court

There are 11 items listed regarding:

- Notebook records of officers of couple of
arrest events including when you liked me getting my head rammed into a wall 🤕
- body worn camera footage of couple of events
- Police event numbers information
- Claiming it lacks legitimate forensic purpose
- Residential addresses of officers for civil action. (They dont like this one)

The question is obscure.

Sammy, please keep out the thread, you are not funny, and I do not want to get potty mouth and call you a troll.

Tim, I have a solicitor, a non responsive one 😂
In which case, stop asking your questions here.
None of the lawyers will second guess, second hand, the work of another lawyer.

And frankly, if your current lawyer found out that you were cross checking their advice here
(and largely depending on laymen to tell you what you want to hear)
then I'd consider sacking you to be a sensible professional choice.

I am funny. Handsome too.
The advice was solid. You're gonna take on the NSW police force? google "ned kelly"

It was hard work getting details to your obscure question.... But based on the latest I'm wondering if you can't even get the right forum, let alone the right court? Is this about a personal injury claim against the cops? Sounds like it... So you would do well to post in the personal injury forum. Regardless. The answer is the same. You should pay the damages for the wall your head hit
