I am an Australian Citizen with OCI. I am getting married to my fiance who has Indian Citizenship. In order to do register marriage in India I need to get NOC for my current marriage status.

VFS doesn't provide this service.

Please advise where I can get the NOC from.

you can probably check with Centrelink or legal Aid Australia.

otherwise, just call the Indian consulate to check from where you can get the NOC.

NOC is No objection Certificate, OCI is Overseas Citizen of India and VFS is "Visa Facilitation Services Global,"
