Hi,

I am a permanent resident of Australia and an Indian citizen. I was granted Permanent Residency on 11th NOV 2015.

These were the days I was away from Australia in last 4 years:

10-03-15 to 6-5-16 (2 months for vacation to India)

24-02-16 to 3-09-16 (7 months to India - reason is my own marriage and grandfather's death as well)

05-10-17 to 8-04-18 (for 6 months I went to India as my father was hospitalised in a critical situation and he was passed away on Feb 2018)

In total, 15 months out of 12 months in the last 4 years. I do have all the proof for my last two visits to India. My question is, will I be eligible to apply for Australian citizenship now?

Kindly help me
