I need to submit a national police check for a new job. I have a section 10 (guilty without conviction) from 4 years ago which involved one year of good behaviour bond. I have read that this charge is considered spent once the behaviour bond expired, is this true?
Also does this mean that the National Police Check (which I have consented to) would show no disclosable outcomes, or will my section 10 ruling appear?
