Hi all,

Was after some advice. We currently have concerns that the mother may be continuing to drive unlicensed with the child in her car. She informed us she had been in a car crash recently and asked us to care for the child an extra night to attend hospital. My partner has since sent her a text stating he has concerns and asked if she would be willing to provide some evidence of acquiring her licence (she drove unlicensed through their relationship against his wishes) but she did not reply (sent over a week ago).

What are we best to do?
-Contact her lawyer?
-File an affidavit stating his concerns and see if the ICL cares?
-Subpoena her driving records?
-Nothing?

We don't want to look bad to the courts, but also feel the child could be at risk if she isn't licensed?

Thanks
