VIC Legal aid for mediation

hi guys, quick question can legal aid deal with the following: (Intellectual property law)
Location: Melbourne, Australia, I have browsed through the website but couldn't get a solid answer regarding representation.

• passing off
• trade mark infringement
• misleading and deceptive conduct of passing off.

The trial is in federal court of Australia (WA)
I don't have the funds to get a IP barrister that is well known.

In that case, you will probably not be entitled to Legal Aid in WA, no.

As to Legal Aid from Victoria, to defend a civil matter in WA,
you will need to discuss that with them.
