Is the intervention order under the family violence division court at the Magistrates Court of Melbourne?

Hi Eva,

The Family Violence Court division is a division of the Magistrates Court of Victoria. But from what I read the Family Violence Court Division are Ballarat Magistrates Court and Heidelberg Magistrates Court. Melbourne's Magistrates court is a specialist family violence service but they specialise in dealing with Family violence intervention orders.
