Before being granted probate & the position as trustee of an estate through the Supreme Court is the trustee required to prove their age. Probate records show the court requested a future trustee of the estate present to the courts when turning 21 to prove their age. There are records for the first trustee being of age ( who is now deceased ) but no records of the current trustee overseeing the estate presenting to the courts with their proof of age even though there’sva document requesting them to do so? If they present wouldn’t those records be on file? I have copies of the probate forms from probate was initially granted but nothing since regarding the new trustee.
Thanks
Sue
