Immigration Question on Visa class 189

Hello: I have this question on my Skilled Visa class 189 application. I am turning 39 by September and I want to know, how many points i claim on my application for skilled visa immigration application.

The reason being the table shows:
Age points
----------------------
33-39 25
40-44 15

Since I will turn 39 in a month and my application may take several months to get processed. I want to know if i will get 25 or 15
