Immigration Law - How can Relative Get a Green Card?

    Under Immigration Law, how does my relative get a Green Card if I am a US citizen?

    Hi Mikhalshpak,

    Immediate relatives are eligible for a Green Card and do not have to wait. See Green Card Eligibility | USCIS.

    Therefore, depending if your relative is considered 'immediate' will determine if they have to wait or if they can apply immediately.
