If one has criminal convictions ( minor) nothing to do with drugs or prison time, and it's been over 10 years since last conviction and one has worked paid taxes and has better themselves, will it be a problem for immigration? Also married to a American citizen while in America but returned home cause the visa expired. Will there be a problem under Immigration Law?

Where did you return "home" to? Where are you from? And how long do you wish to stay in Australia? Are you wanting permanent residency? Citizenship? Holiday visa?
