If one has criminal convictions ( minor) nothing to do with drugs or prison time, and it's been over 10 years since last conviction and one has worked paid taxes and has better themselves, will it be a problem for immigration? Also married to a American citizen while in America but returned home cause the visa expired. Will there be a problem under Immigration Law?
