Just wondering if someone can give me some pointers in regards to http://www.austlii.edu.au. I am searching for cases with poor/ non existent communication and how that is affecting parental responsibilities paragraph in orders already made. I have searched all the basics such as typing in poor communication etc into the search but not really finding anything relevant. Any help on how to find cases judgments relating to this? Thanks in advanced!
