NSW How to Arrange Mediation After Divorce?

if you're in a situation where history shows there ain't any give and take then doing mediation with solicitors prior to court, only to be ordered to do it again is a waste of money?

The solicitor in this situation should be telling the court negotiations have been tried and failed and a judgement is wanted, not more mediation using the principle of justice delayed is justice denied.

If someone agreed to a deal, not sure if she needs further legal advice. When something is agreed with the register and later on denied, doesn't it have any consequences, for wasting time and money ? In fact keeping other party in stress. Yes hanging into a court case... I see a stressful life .
