Sorry if this is off topic.
I am seeking professional legal advice on my current Public Interest Disclosure against the Department of Human Services.
Due to the nature, I am very concerned as to what can be disclosed and to whom. If I request a review through my local Member of Parliament to the Minister of the Department, resulting in a negative outcome, do I then need to go through the Office of the Commonwealth Ombudsman for full protection under PID Act 2013.
The whole process has me "shitting bricks" as I feel like David without a sling or stone.
