Hi,

I received a notice from a revenue department when I moved address recently early 2019. The traffic speeding fine was from Oct 2017 and I had never received any documents until 2019. I rang them and they advised the address on the fine was incorrect and I never received any fines, letters or any follow ups regarding the matter. I tried to dispute this fine however the revenue department wont waive it. I am wondering is there a statute of limitations for these fines?

Much thanks
