NSW Finding a solicitor who is a gun in court?

I'm wondering if there is any easy way to find a solicitor who favours court action as opposed to out-of-court settlements. Looking for a real gun who thrives in court.

Same old story, what started out amicably has deteriorated quickly... Since my partner is now intent on seeing me get a tiny piece of the pie I'm happy to throw everything at this and what will be, will be. Yes, that is a dream pitch to any solicitor but I'm looking for a specific solicitor.

Is there any easy way to find such a solicitor?

The easiest way is to walk in, sit down and tell the solicitor the one thing they love to hear.... What is that? "I'd rather give the $$$ to you than to my ex"
But I'd advice a different approach. Be reasonable. Two twits means the solicitors are the only ones that win.

Remember, you advise the solicitor, they work for you. So direct you solicitor to apply to court asap. easy
