A case outline is a document given to court that gives the structure of your case, it includes the main issues that need to be decided by the court. it's aim is to help the court, yourself and the other side better understand your side of the case. It should be like an index of your case.
The case outline should include an outline of your arguments, responses to the other side and what the court needs to decide. There is no set structure of proper document for this. However, you should address each "element" of the order you're seeking, in an order that makes sense. It really depends on what final order you are seeking and what issue your case falls on.
If you're self representing, it is best to talk to the court registrar or your local community legal centre for help on what points to address.
