FCoA Callovers ADR -I would be disadvantaged in any form of ADR due to medical condition affecting cognition. The callover itself, the required material required to be prepared in less than 4 weeks when in the process of preparing other material for an already listed Directions Hearing (4 weeks after the callover). Can the judges associate be approached with a request for this callover listing to be vacated on basis of the medical condition (mediation inappropriate) to spare the court resources, callover listing?
