NSW Family Law - Getting Children from Out of Home Care?

Just wondering, can birth parents contest or stop carers from the adoption of our kids in the Out of Home Care? My partner and I have done what's been asked and more, and the carers have my kids on Meletine tablets, telling them I don't want them home.

What can I do to get them home under family law?

Desperately need help.
