Just wondering, can birth parents contest or stop carers from the adoption of our kids in the Out of Home Care? My partner and I have done what's been asked and more, and the carers have my kids on Meletine tablets, telling them I don't want them home.

What can I do to get them home under family law?

    Desperately need help.

You can apply to the Children’s Court to appeal the order placing your children in care. You can contact Legal aid (if you're under the financial threshold) or a Lawyer in your area via Find a Lawyer & Book Online Instantly | LawTap to discuss your chance of success.
