Hi all,

I have a simple question...

My hearing is coming up this month. It will be a 3-day hearing.

I want to have a witness stand and speak for me. Does he need to be there on the first day or will the magistrate tell me on that day when she wants to see him? I just need to know what to tell him...

Thanks

Generally, your witnesses must be there for the entire trial.
Do you have a court timetable?
Thanks for the reply.
No I don't have anything from the court yet. The trial is next week...
