QLD Criminal Law - Is Signing a Field Property Receipt Admission of Guilt?

The bottom of the statement states I was in lawful possession of the property before it was seized. Given the proprety in question was not lawful, I was never going to sign. However, two Detectives insisted that signing would have no infiuence on a finding of guilt Criminal Law.

Without knowing anything about the background to your question,
I will say that signing things while under notice of police is not a good idea.

Too right. I more wanted to know whether the police involved had in anyway compromised himself by insisting that it was not an admission when it clearly was. Thanks for the input.
