There is a current criminal law investigation. My statement was taken in the beginning of Feb. There was a few gaps in the statement but the detective said that I would need to provide evidence such as my diary and I will have to take another statement last time I spoke to the detective he said he had to speak to officer who took my interview. I haven't spoke to the detective since last month.

I plan on calling the detective. The incident that occurred happened last year in April, Would there be a specific deadline until I have to submit any evidence and have to make another statement to police?

There is no time limit.

Certainly call to remind them you want to present more evidence.

Sexual assault happen last year victim has made statement to police few months ago. Another statement is needed from victim and evidence to be presented. Would the victim have a time limit to present evidence and make statment?
