I had my lic disq 2 yrs ago, for 1 month for drug driving, didnt realise i needed to pay lic renewal and then got charged with unlic driving, went to court where i was told once lic was pd, all good to go, no convicton recorded. Fast fwd 2 yrs..lost my lic on demerrit points, i didnt receive papetwork informing me of such got pulled over, given notice to appear and police let me get back in my car and drive away, a month later i was pulled over, but before id been to court, i was given another notice to appear, and informed that it was my 3rd offence for same, and plates confiscated for 90 days....yet plates were never taken for 7 days and why when given notice to appear for the so called second time was i allowed to drive away. ...
